Protein Oatmeal Muffins
These would be an awesome breakfast-on-the go option for anyone who travels over the holidays. I made them when we traveled to Dallas for a Pruvit event in December and they were a huge hit! They’ll keep you full in between holiday meals, and kids love them too! For the full recipe, click here.
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
2 bananas mashed
½ cup almond or coconut milk
¼ cup almond butter
1 cup liquid egg whites
1 serving Keto//OS Pro
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
⅛ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Mix & mash all ingredients together.
Stir in dark chocolate chips.
Pour into a 12 cup muffin pan.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
