Protein Oatmeal Muffins



These would be an awesome breakfast-on-the go option for anyone who travels over the holidays. I made them when we traveled to Dallas for a Pruvit event in December and they were a huge hit! They’ll keep you full in between holiday meals, and kids love them too! For the full recipe, click here. 



Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 bananas mashed

  • ½ cup almond or coconut milk

  • ¼ cup almond butter

  • 1 cup liquid egg whites

  • 1 serving Keto//OS Pro

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ⅛ cup dark chocolate chips



Instructions: 

  1. Mix & mash all ingredients together. 

  2. Stir in dark chocolate chips. 

  3. Pour into a 12 cup muffin pan. 

  4. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
