Swiss Cacao Keto//OS NAT Mousse

(Could also be made with Pudding Pop Keto//OS NAT or Chocolate Swirl Keto//OS Pro) 


Yields 4 servings. 


Ingredients

  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp xylitol

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 packet Keto//OS Nat Swiss Cacao

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream


Instructions

  1. Heat up coconut milk, xylitol, coco powder until it just begins to simmer. 

  2. Remove from the heat and add Keto//OS Nat Swiss Cacao. 

  3. Combine well and allow to cool completely. 

  4. Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. 

  5. Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture. 

  6. Transfer to a serving glass & chill.
