Ketone and Collagen Smoothie

I’ve made this for myself several times since I’ve figured out how to make it, the #haileybiebersmoothie! You’ll be hooked! I don’t usually jump on “trending” recipe bandwagons, but as soon as I saw this smoothie going viral, I needed to try it for myself (and add ketones!). As someone who usually makes the classic chocolate, banana, peanut butter protein shake, this is up there ranked as my new favorite!  

 

Make Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

  • 2 C Frozen Raspberries

  • 2 T Chia Seeds

  • 1 T Lemon Juice

    • (Simmer on Stove, smoosh raspberries with a spoon, & let sit for 5 min)

For smoothie:

  • 1 C Milk (I used Fairlife for extra protein)

  • 1 C Frozen Strawberries

  • 1/4 Avocado

  • 2-4 Pitted Dates

  • 1 serving Collagen (I used 1/2 a pack of Sweet Keto Kreme) and/or 1 serving Vanilla Protein like Vanilla Dream Keto//OS PRO

  • 1 Serving of a Strawberry themed Keto//OS Nat (I used Fresa Freeze from the Keto Cocktail Collection, but you could also use Strawberry Peach or Sweet Jams)

Instructions: 

  1. Blend Smoothie ingredients.

  2. Add 2 T Coconut Milk and 1 T Raspberry Jam to the bottom on your glass. Add smoothie. 

  3. Top with more Coconut Milk, Raspberry Jam, and Sprinkle with Golgi Berries! You could also use yogurt instead of Coconut Milk!
