Tofu Keto//OS PRO Smoothie Recipe

Tofu has been a secret weapon in my smoothies for a long time. Growing up I didn’t love the taste of meat, so my mom hid protein for me in my smoothies! Tofu doesn’t have a strong taste, so it can easily be disguised! I love it because it gives smoothies a creamy, thicker texture keeping me fuller for even longer. This Cinnamon and Banana Cream Keto//OS PRO  smoothie is a fan favorite of mine! It’s a little bit of a more “plain” flavor, so I love it on days when I want to keep it simple and don’t want a super sweet smoothie! 

 

To make one serving, blend together the following: 

  • 1 cup milk of choice, unsweetened (I use Fairlife for extra protein, but I also like to use almond or coconut milk).

  • ½ pack of semi-firm tofu (put the other half in the fridge in a plastic baggie for the next smoothie!)

  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds

  • 1 TBSP Flax Seeds

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 Pack Keto//OS PRO (or protein powder of choice!

  • Ice to your desired temperature. I use about ½ a cup!
